Bring on PBF:deal. Lighten up, dude. No-one was saying Salita was any good, but Khan had a job to do and did it. Bring on some of the big-boys now and see how Khan fares. I'm looking forward to what's ahead in the next few fights for Khan.
Salita's been managed terribly. It's not like he wasn't talented. He's had an excellent amateur career in which he gave the likes of Chad Dawson absolute hell. As a pro he was fed below par fighters and then had to make a sudden jump in class against a world champion.
Who said Salita was good?, everyone predicted Khan would win by stoppage, he was the mandatory opponent however.
Can't see how Khan did anything wrong tonight. He had a guy he was much better than, and he blasted him out of there. If he'd struggled then fair enough, but I think he deserves a little credit now. A good performance against Kotelnik, a wipe-out of Salita... decent work.
Exactly losfer, how can anyone say Khan isn`t a class act. but he has the biggest weakness in boxing; a soft chin. He`s got another 10 years of top grade boxing ahead of him. He`ll blow great boxers away but there`s always the possibility that some less accomplished guy with a big punch will beat him. Its going to be great. Freddy will not be working with him for the next ten years (with the best will in the world) and a string of victories will only make Khan more confident...but maybe too confident! Love him or hate him, the Khan phenomenon will be great for British boxing and we should all just sit back and enjoy!
top dog wont be impressed with khan until khan unifies the 140 division, then unifies all the way up to heavyweights and knocks out both klitschko brothers in the same night
