Bowe's two fights with Golota are largely seen as loses & his bout with Tubbs could have gone either way. I do agree he has the beating of Morrison though.
I would rate Morrison above Golota & we all know what happened in those fights, people say Bowe was shot although there was no evidence to suggest that prior, Bowe wins but it's not a walk in the park.

Remember that left jab from Bowe that snapped Holyfield's head back at the start of their famous tenth round? I can see Bowe doing that to Morrison repeatedly. Bowe would bully Morrison and knock him out.
Bowe’s chin in that first Holyfield fight was unbelievable. Holyfield ain’t a big hitter but some of those right hands and a big uppercut I remember well that he countered with should have been knocking anyone back. Bowe was walking through it. Morrison ain’t knocking Bowe out and will get stopped.
