    ...if it takes place at all!

    Apparently the WBO won't sanction it as McDonnell isn't ranked...
    "Isn't ranked you say?"
    No, and they won't treat him in a special way as they don't recognise the WBA's secondary belts, ergo no unification.

    Notably the WBO DO rank WBA "interim" champion Knockout CP Freshmart and WBC regular champion Pedro Guevara (that one is certainly an over-sight).

    On one hand it's a shame we might not get the fight, on the other hand it's about time the WBA secondary titles began to be treat like the cancer they are.

    Don't like the move of the WBO but I do want the WBA to have their secondary titles destroyed... :/
