I love JT's fightgame, but he's a obese megalomaniac. Having said that as TFFP mentioned, he would be a nightmere for Haye and even at this stage would cause him alotta problems. worst stylistic match up for the Hayemaker and thats what would make it intriguing. Not a fight Haye needs at this point it goes without saying. Even if Haye won he would look very bad.
