    Toney looks a lot leaner than usual,still needs to loose some pounds but he aint looking that bad IMO when it comes to bodyweight.

    All of seen from Toney is him working on standup in his boxing gym, I hope he don't get tapped out by Shamrock next month and starts binge eating again. I wanna see him in the boxing ring

    He probably doesn't even give a **** about training for ground work since I believe the rule in place is that there is a 30 second limit to be on the ground and he survived a lot longer then that against Couture.

    Seckbach was the agressor but Toney landed the cleanest shots, hard to score that round :)

    This is true, I've heard Lopez has some skills, especially for an 'actor'.

    Props to Seckbach for even getting in the ring with James, and to James for letting Seckbach stay upright.
