Tonights boxing thread

Sick of sky trying to hype Warrington just COs he sells tickets, as a boxer hes ****ing bland, not much power, in fact hes not got one defining attribute, hes 6/10 across the board. Then his fans, all they have sang is anti German songs and anti Liverpool songs. Warrington is gonna fall flat on his face when he goes in deep water

I'm more fed up with them playing the Game of Thrones theme in the Abraham Smith build up!

 

Sovhave they tined it so the Abraham fight finishes before the Ggg fight starts? Probably not aye...

 

Was ringside for Crolla/Murray.

All they sang throughout the night was "Stand Up if you hate Manyoooo" - They then cheered Warrington to a Commonwealth victory over Munroe, tried to move round the arena to all the Mancs (blues and reds - Murray (City) Crolla (United)) got themselves leathered and subsequently kicked out of the arena.

Mindless football idiots that wasnt interested in the fights at all. Shame really as Warrington seems a decent kid :good

ken bates raised the entry fee for the Leeds games and priced all these out of the club and this is there new **** up. Doesn't make Warrington the new Hatton. He is getting hyped up cos of his fans and that's dangerous

It's Leeds at the end of the day, your gonna get a few nob heads, its easy to focus on tthat rathe tthan the positives like the fact he has pretty much sold out Leeds arena with 6 weeks to go and fighting a nobody.

I agree with the point about over hype though. So much support Hearn will not risk him or match him competitively and this will stifle his development which is key considering he has only just gone full time.

Been to Germany for the boxing many times and the people are very hospitable
