Tony Weeks should be investigated

It feels like most referees these days are starting to enjoy the spotlight a bit too much. Maybe it's always been that way? Cortez " Remember I'm fair but I'm firm " ( to quote Benito Mussolini of all people! ) and other refs that have cultivated catch phrases makes me cringe. The best fights are the ones where you hardly notice the refs doing their jobs. What was Smogers catch phrase? Did Frank Capuccino have a catch phrase? I remember Mills Lane had his " Lets get it on! " thing but it never felt as contrived as good ole Joes.

Maybe if a referee sticks around long enough he will eventually **** everybody off at some point.

 

He knows the script, he was trying to do everything in his power to help Rolly win. Just like the judges in certain fights.
