I've never actually made a true top 10 list for Mexico, but if I did and went beyond that, Castillo would probably be at the tail end of a top 25, maybe a tad higher or lower. Don't know, there have been so many excellent fighters throughout history who came out of Mexico. As far as Calderon goes, no. I don't think that highly of him and I hate watching Segura. I think he's right up there with Vitali as far as ugly styles go today.
JCC is one of the most skilled pressure fighters ever. I think that I'd probably consider him a better overall fighter at his best than Sanchez.
