A UK-based fighter that I was very impressed with is Bobby George, I see he has been kept busy last year, which is great to see. I wonder if he can claim British citizenship any time soon, so that he can compete for the British title?

I thought Wilton gave him a great fight, considering Satchel is naturally the bigger fighter. I would like to see Satchell fight Jamie Conlan, I would fancy Conlan strongly to stop him.

Yeh Wilton did well although Satchell won most of the rounds. Satchells fly, conlan is super fly so that wont happen at the moment, Butler v Conlan is more likely at some point. Conlan looks a decent prospect so far has a good ko percentage but I dont see how you think hes better than satchell when hes never fought anyone with a winning record?

Conlan can make fly. But, Butler v Conlan should be next.

Jazza Dickens said it time and time again as soon as he gets opportunities people will start talking about him. in the next 12 months he will hold the Lonsdale belt at bantamweight.

He fights with a real intensity he is very compact hooks in a Tyson-esque fashion very quick and sharp but keeps up a really high workrate and he has power which I think will develop further and become more apparent as he moves through the levels.

I would also like to agree with DrMo on Fowler he is going to be an absolute beast. Reminds me a bit of Carl Froch has a very pro style for a top amateur he punches to hurt not for points.

He beat Callum Smith on the way to winning the ABA's in 2010 I think it was and in the final destroyed current 3-0 pro Tom Baker in 2 rounds. I think he is targeting Commonwealth success or some sort of big international medal to go pro on as he has been injured and unable to compete in any major tournaments since he made the podium squad.

Yeh fowler's class only 21 as well. The world champs are in August so I reckon he will target them then maybe turn pro after that.

:yep Ive only seen him in action once & he looked excellent. Good accuracy, variety & very heavy handed, some of these shots sound sickening

Such a shame he broke his hand & only fought once in the WSB, its a great learning environment for young prospects.

Cant seem to find a video of the ABA final unfortunately. Needless to say it was like man against boy Fowler was just walking him down hands down full of confidence and banging in the shots and dropped him a couple of times on the way to a stoppage.

I think the main issue for Fowler will be if he can stay injury free as you mentioned earlier he is currently out with hand problems though I understand he is punching again now. I think he has suffered a few setbacks with surgeries on his shoulder in the past too.

He is definitely one to watch

Fowler looks quality, he handled a tough opponent in Moore and dropped him with one-punch power. Very nice uppercuts in his combinations and he also showed a good chin as he got clipped a few times by Moore and it didnt faze him. Hope he turns pro:good

Jumah looks good, nice mover and throws a subtle short left to the body. He seems a bit upright and carries his left hand very low at times, especially when still in range, but looks like he has excellent potential.
