Thats the grey area when does defence transfer from the fighters defensive skills to their defensive brains, in my eyes defensive skills is in reaction to shots and defensive brains is in movement to make it hard for you to get tagged and moving in anticipation of shots. Ye Cotto did get tagged with some heavy shots right hand mainly over the top and a few uppercuts under the guard when Cotto was watching for the right over the top. most shots lander by shane were countershots i think Manny Steward says that Sugar Shane was anticipating the jab and letting his right hand go just before Cotto threw. I beleive the fact Sugar Shane was doing this can be interpretted in two ways; one that Cotto was predictable or that it was the only thing Mosley could get landing on a regular basis. Also i think Cotto blocked alot of Mosleys shots even though they may have looked like they landed ie on his arms and gloves.Maybe my eyes betrayed me.
yes sorry it was a top ten compiled with me just thinking about it. if i sat down for a couple of hours to think, then he would have been on that list:thumbsup
anyone else find it tought to analyse and rank oscar...im not doubting his ability but i think hes lost most of his tough fights and IMO got gifts against whitaker quartey and sturm (this one was more a robbery than the other two)
