I dont think ive ever seen a crowd cheer as loudly for a fight.

It was an absolute war. I would love to see a rematch over 8 or 10 rounds.

I watched/judged it live, And have watched it twice since i got the DVD off Leon.
Id recomend anyone who likes boxing its worth the $15 alone just for that fight, Then you have the Andy Green KO on there also and Hosking Vs Buckley fight which is a good scrap also.

Some excellent suggestions. I was relying on the runsheets which missed a few.

Updated list expanded to top 25

    - Omotoso v Colomban was 2008
    - Waters v Leveni - great one in at 24
    - Jackson Asiku v Ruiz - Missed this one but have heard from all. Replaces Kickett Broner at 4.
    - Asiku vs St Clair - In with a bullet at 9
    - Zappa v St Clair - removed due to one sidedness. Lenny up there for performance of the year
    - Vea vs McCracken - in at 12
    - Frank LoPorto v Robbie Bryant - I must be getting alzheimers to forget this one. In at 10.

    New list as follows

    1. Anthony Mundine v Daniel Geale

I've got a few, but I'll post a pic of my desk soon and you'll see that I'm a little snowed under at the moment. Have a, I think the technical term is shitload, of new stuff come in and will be working through those on my "holiday".

Oh, #25 is only available through me for sale. Would make a lovely Xmas present...

    The mysterious 21 has surfaced.

Viewing the fights below would persuade any casual fan about the strength of Australian boxing.

I dream of the day where we have an Academy award style of voting for the fight of the year in which 200 afficionados and boxing fools watch the top 20 fights of the year and vote from 0-10 on each.

Fights could be delivered online via youtube or other site, votes, judging and comments logged online.

Awards and prizes given to both fighters at the annual red carpet ANBF Awards flanked by glamorous boxing Wags.

    New list as follows

    1. Anthony Mundine v Daniel Geale
    2. Michael Bolling v Serge Yannick
    3. Oyewale Omotoso v Emmanuel Augustus
    4. Jackson Asiku v Heriberto Ruiz
    5. John Hopoate v Colin Wilson
    6. -****** Whitehead v Solomon Haumono

    9. Jackson Asiku v Gairy St Clair
    10. Frank LoPorto v Robbie Bryant
    11. Tui Leveni v Rob Medley
    12. Frank LoPorto v Steve Heremaia
    13. Tyrone Tongia v Josh Clenshaw
    14. Dom Vea vs Anthony McCracken

Colin Wilson V Hopate has to be included even though it happened across the ditch. I was real happy for Col, especially the way he plastered Hoppa with those brutal punches.
