Louis and Holmes are the only interchangeable 1 & 2. I usually have Holmes as #1 because I think he can get to Joe with his sneaky right hand before Joe gets to him with POWERBOMBS from everywhere. Everything else is debatable.

I will say that for 1 single night in Tokyo back in '90, Buster Douglas at 231 pounds would be a live dog against any other champ whoever wore the belt going back to 1887.
