I like what I've seen of Harvey, but I don't think he's close to the best UK fighter. Good fighter, but seemed to pretty consistently lose when he stepped up. Good wins over Larry Gains, but he was not at his best in either.

I'd easilly pick Fitz if he counts, if not Jimmy Wilde, but I need to learn more about Ted Kid Lewis.

Be careful, thinking that 'round these parts gets you labeled a "rockista"

I havent seen someone rank Armstrong over SRR in forever, feel like his stock has dropped after a while.

The Fitz pick is interesting too. Good list

Floyd's best wins dont compare with Toney Hopkins or even Hill. Roy's resume is deeper as well.

Nah, Floyd has more high level wins than Roy, whether his standouts are better his résumé as a whole isn't

    1. SRR
    2. Langford
    3. Greb
    4. Fitz
    5. Charles

That's using your criteria and weighing it heavily.

Now if you ask me to give you the best fighters using the criteria of:
    1. h2h
    2. p4p
    3. eye test

Basically who looked the best to me on film, and who I'd send in there (at their peak) if my house was on the line and he may need to fight at or above his prime weight. It would look like

    1. Ali
    2. Jones
    3. SRR
    4. Duran
    5. Whitaker

Side Note: Greb's resume is so good, he probably deserves a place there since it is for money, but I kept it to who I've seen

I know this is classic but I'm going with fighters actually watched.

    Duran
    Sanchez
    SRL/Hagler
    Jones Jr
    Chavez
