No, let the Quitali Quitschko Fanboys put him on their list. Believe it or not, I actually heard people seriously try to trump up his win over Williams because "Williams knocked out Tyson quicker than the great Holyfield and Lewis did"
What's everyone's reasoning for having Foreman in the top 4, 5? I rate him at 8 and don't see how he can rate that high whether you use head to head or resume.
For me: 1. He was the most devastating powerful puncher in the history of the HW division 2. During HW's golden era he went 40 - 0 (37 kos) until Zaire 3. He obliterated ATG's Frazier (twice) and Ken Norton 4. Came back in his 40's to win HW title
This list has been carefully thought of, each fighter at their best. 1. Rocky Marciano (no one can avoid a big shot from this guy, and he can roll and take a big shot with the best of the em, and to never lose and fight that way, WOW) 2. Foreman ( if the fight had been indoors and not in 90 degree weather, Foreman would have destroyed Ali) 3. Ali 4. Tyson ( Tyson's amazing power, speed, and chin puts him here, and he would catch everyone below him on the list) 5. Holmes 6. Louis 7. Liston 8. Holyfield 9. Frazier 10. Lewis ( it will be interesting to see how Wlad ends his career. I already have him in my top 20, after every win he inches closer)
Those are good reasons to put him into the top10 but not the top5, too many fighters who did better. Okay, after seeing the last list I stop posting in here. Sysiphos would get frustrated in here.
