Leon, im sorry but your schedule is so strict i find it hard to stay on track, i will get drunk tonight to make up for my lack of discipline
Thats better, if Butterbean had just listened to me I could have made him the worlds first 1000 pound fighter, but no, just some poor excuse about clogged arteries or something.
whats wrong with a freezing cold woodstock i dont mind itt lol..... if anyone wants to try a very strong drink its called gletchenreis if you can finish that bottle between 2 of use and have 5-6 bourbons and say ur not on lalalala land i will personally buy you another bottle to ensure you end up getting cracked lol
im up 4 it...cant do anymore damage than the arak allready has...is it a german brew(spirt)?..cant find a description on the net...but i guess were digressing from training methods about now...
In your pics mark, i like those push-ups you do but iv never lifted my leg like in your pic, why do you do that? i was only taught them over the phone and didnt know about lifting your leg.
good to hear your sparring with the rock what new boots did you get mate? someone recently told me that asic make really good ones
marcus, do you mean the ones on my side? if so lifting the leg is a progression, if you can do them with lef down and want to make them harder, try lifting the leg as high as you can Banker, i have adidas tyguns, i used to wear them but then got some low cut nikes, they are good but wanted to try the high cuts again, they are the ones i am wearing in the pics i am uploading now of the session
Great answer:good If your half as exciting as the duke then i will fly over to the states and watch you myself. Im sorry to say i havent seen any live action of you.Do you fight alot like Tommy gun who actually had very good combos and one hell of a right uppercut....Oh and a pretty decent left hook:yep . You seem to have a very solid build and by the sounds of things you are generally always in top fighting nick.Hope you can go a long way and get a few big paychecks on your quest for success in the states etc.
I agree with the speed bag but i think the floor to ceiling is underrated, i think it helps massively with footwork, timing and angles. I guess it depends on the style of boxer you are if you get much from it, it's Calzaghes fav.
who needs fottwork timing and angles when you can have concussive power yes i am joking befor ei get the , well mark, you need to have all areas covered etc..
