I had high hopes for Buddy McGirt. Inside guys tell me that he has a problem connecting personally with his fighters and instilling passion. Time will tell.

I like the Job Manny did with Lewis and Vlad, with Taylor there seemed to be a lack of chemistry and that happens...but Manny converted Hearns into a hell of a pro and puncher...he was doing well with Oscar but Oscar is fickle. Roach did well with PAC and many others. Roger Mayweather did a great Job with Floyd...Buddy has got too many fighters right now but did a great job with Gatti and Tarver

Interesting, it seemed like Vlad had the stamina of a weight lifter and the sparring Manny had him doing, fighting 12 and 15 rds gave Vlad what he needed better stamina and confidence

Yes indeed, he's also gone from a bodybuilders physique to a boxer's physique and his stamina reflects that. In the Peter fight he wasn't caught on the ropes / corner on a single occasion over 12 rounds. He also had the confidence to get back up and win the fight.
