    The best trainers/coaches/teachers usually aren't world champs with a lot of natural talent at something, they are usually the less talented, highly intelligent and reflective people that had to develop great technique and fundamentals just to be able to compete. And they are articulate and know how to get their points across in a way you will understand. A few years ago Pedro Martinez was a pitching coach for the Red Sox. He was an awful coach. One of the ATG pitchers though.
