Training with i.b.s.

    Havnt got it bad, just wind and bloating. Any one have it? Any specific foods i should stay away from/stuff i should try?

    I've had it for years, as far as telling you what to avoid its more of an individual thing in my case I ceased Milk it helped try Physillium husk fiber that has also seemed to help me, I know it sucks but its just an inconvenience really

    Milk and gluten products (anything with wheat, rye, barley or quite a few other things) are things which commonly affect people with IBS quite badly.
    Just have a think about which things give you a bad reaction, remove them from the diet and see if things improve.

    i cant eat soft cheese, chocolate milk, fruit yogurths, sour cream.. it gets me very windy :D

    but i can drink milk and eat bread and grain stuff.. its very weird

    I've started to find the better i eat the worse it gets. Recently went away for the weekend and ate chips, steak, drank alcohol, at pub meals and it was fine!! :huh
