Firstly, that's what Vitali said and secondly, sparrings aren't made to administer a beating on someone.
I would venture a guess that they train special setups with the LHW (Erdei or Garay). Wlad trying to establish his jab with just light touches to the headgear, and the LHW trying to slip it and counter, so Wlad gets used to catching the counter with his clinch game. Erdei is the definition of a slick counter and angle guy, Garay would be someone who can take more and pressure at high paces. I agree that Wlad looks troubled in some of the pictures, but from private matters and not some worries about Haye. I hope he vents his frustration in the ring this time, something like "Listen, Davy, Hayden told me she left me for YOU!!!! Want to add something before I RIP YOUR F*CKING HEAD OFF ???? I'll send her a pic of your corpse!!!!"
One can never blame Wlad for disgracing the sport for coming in to the fight 25 lbs overweight. He's put together well, a machine of a man. With his frame, his jab, the straight right, the left hook and his overall mobility for a big man you'd think this guy would be one of the best ever. But that damn chin and mental weakness thing always brings him down a peg. Take those issues away this guy is a force of nature but as it stands-top 30 HW head to head.

Wladimir is so focused on preparation that he has minimized all personal contacts and doesn't talk to anyone from the outside world except his brother. "Boxing is an individual sport but in a way it's a team sport too", says Wladimir. "My performances depend on how well organized my team is and how much effort everyone involved contributes to my preparation. Of course I listen to advise from my camp members, especially my brother". Wladimir and Steward implemented a special excersise for the champ's cardio - every day Wladimir rides a mountain bike on the slopes of the Wildencaiser mountain. "I cannot reach it's top on my bike, it's too rocky. But this excersise is physically demanding as it is. It's a great work out for my muscles and my heart. Sometimes my pulse goes up as high as 190 beats per second when I'm on my mountain bike", said Wladimir.
