I'll go with Berbick I think he would outhustle Rahman with his aggression higher workrate and would win a decision.

Went with Berbick on points but imagine there are multiple ways this could end. This might be a good fight between two guys who could punch and liked to trade.

42 y.o. fat Berbick went 10 rounds vs Rahman, so I don't think that Berbick who beat Page, Tate and Thomas would perform worse than shot, fat version of himself

Rahman was not his best version either, and he could blow hot and cold. But when he was on form he was top flight.

Berbick wins a close decision. Rahman hits harder but Trevor is more durable, aggressive and better on the inside. Rahman has a better resume but resumes don't win fights. An out of shape 40 yr old Berbick was competitive with a young Rahman who already looked polished

Berbick by decision is the most likely outcome. Rahman has a punchers chance, as Berbick was a bit like Norton. He could take punches all night from guys around Holmes power level, but when the power amped up further he was a lot more vulnerable. You won't find many punchers on his record.

As said already, a Berbick a decade past his best days did take Rahman the distance, with Rahman a bit green but well into his career. I think it's unlikely Rahman's punchers chance comes thru.

    Agreed.

Also see this opponent as one of the one's that Hasim won't bother to get in razor sharp condition for. He would have a ho-hum type pre fight preparations because he would not respect anything the guy does.

I think that with a lot of Berbick opponents----nothing on film to really scare them other than a big strong guy without any real snap on his punches. So they would think that they could deal with his durability and work ethic & get the win over the guy. So they would under estimate him and end up losing in what should have been a winnable bout. Be frustrating for manager's fighting him because that toolset would not frighten anyone or have them digging deep to prepare for the guy.

A flat version of Rahman would struggle with Berbick, there I agree.
