So because I've highlighted the fact that you have no clue what the **** you're talking about, I should go and randomly pick a fight with Mike Tyson? :huh Why in the **** would I do that?

Also, what the hell is a pieball?

Crossfit is an absolute joke. A bunch of guys trying to hurry and knock out reps of weight that is to heavy, with **** form. There is a reason why crossfit does not produce world class athletes.

I found a study to back up my initial claim. I can't post the link but it at fitness.mercola.com "By Dr. Mercola

If you want to lose belly fat faster, give up that daily jog and sprint instead, a new study found1. That's right—sprinting in short, 8-second bursts followed by a 12-second recovery phase for a total of 20 minutes, three times a week, helped men lose as much four pounds of belly fat in just 12 weeks.

The participants in the study used a stationary bike and saw a 2.6 pound increase in muscle mass in their legs and trunk.

    I posted this previously -

Nobody is denying this protocol will help lose weight, it's proven. The point is; so what? This is a boxing forum, not Men's Health.

Please explain how somebody goes about measuring weight gain in a particular limb  Apart from that, nobody gained 2.6lbs of muscle doing this training.

    :rofl:rofl @ Crossfit.

The only thing Crossfit has shown with its track record is that if you really want to seriously injure yourself, that is the way to go.

legs presses put little pressure on the patella I'm against squats because its puts a lot of pressure on the patella and curvature of the spine. The body is a pyramid the biggest bones and muscle being below the waist hence squats is the equivalent to resting a giant table above the pyramid. Best workout for boxers is to have strong quads for throwing resounding blows. Marciano had very little upper body development. Ask your self what this the function of the workout?

Try getting up from a chair or any sitting position while not doing a parallel squat.
