iN THAT SORTA SHAPE IF HE FIGHTS TWICE A YEAR, HE MAY BE ABLE TO DO SOMETHING BEFORE HE RETIRES. HE CAN BE A FORCE (OOPS CAPS)
He could fight Arreola next or Peter: those would be very sellable fights, and would put him right on track for the title.
i would hope he could KO the 49th ranked heavyweight in the world....cameron has a joke of a resume...he has never fought a top 20 guy.....and tua hasnt beaten a top 10 guy in over 7 years....when he KOd moorer...you guys hype up Tua for a few huge KOs he did in non title fights.... in the last decade the only thing he has done was kod Dannel Nicholson in some kind of elimination tourney (nicholson has never done anything) got his ears boxed off by Lennox and Byrd in title fights, KOd undefeated Fres Oquendo, KOd Michael Moorer.....thats it.....hes all hype......hes unmotivated, and beating cameron means nothing, other than getting a win under his belt for the first time in 2 years...he should win, excpected to win, and if he does, what is the big deal?
Apparently Tua blasted a hole in a punching bag while demonstrating too Must mean something And yes, Ice, it is a big deal if he can beat Top 10 guys and fight for a belt
hopefully the new founded deadication is not too late and hopefully he doesn't go back to being semi retired, overweight, and haggling with his handlers
Rumor has it that he has another fight planned after he fights Cameron. He is not looking past this next fight, but i think he has every intention of becoming as active as he possibly can. Fighting twice a year is for champions perhaps, but i would like to see him have 5 fights per year. It would guarantee he stays in shape and keeps the weight off at the same time. :rasta
I agree, Zak. But I think he is *BACK* this time I think if he whips Cameron he should call out Arreola
