He just beat Friday Ahunanya by UD. Ahunanya was looking to use his movement to frustrate tua but did nothing more than run most of the time. Tua looked ok, seemed to get into the fight more as the rounds went on but his unwillingness to throw an uppercut was frustrating. He lasted the 12 at a good pace which was good, would love him to beat some contenders and mount a world title challenge but I'm not holding my breath...

    Official score cards:
    109-119 117-111 120-108

I gave the first round even and from then on every round was Tua's in my mind.

That would be a fun fight if Tua lets his hands go a bit. Though, that said, if Ademek vs Arreola is as fun as we think it could be then a re-match could be in store.

I think it will be fun for 6 rounds but Adamek will outbox Arreola as it moves on and overcome some hairy moments to win a decision.

    I've got Arreola by K.O.

I'm not convinced by Ademek as a heavyweight, yet, and think that Arreola simply has too much power for him. That said, what weight will Arreola turn up at?

Exactly. I'm not convinced that Arreola is good enough.

50-50 fight BECAUSE of the intagibles though :good Exactl why it's a good fight and I'm glad it's been made. Arreola isn't pissing about.

Because he really had no dedication and was out of the game for ages? Also, title holders are less likely to give him a voluntary because of his perceived dangerousness.

Tua's promoter Cedric Kushner got Rahman his title shot against Lennox Lewis before Don King got involved (cue lawsuit!) so u never know. Hope Tua sticks around longer this time he's 1 of the exciting heavyweights out there still

I was pretty disappointed with Tua to be fair....Ahunanya didnt do much to help matters as he was woeful, didnt even look like he wanted to try and hurt Tua....but Tua looked lethargic and didnt land **** all to the head of Ahunanya.

Tua v Arreola/Adamek would be fun though, I think its a fight Tua could get up for a possibly win, the fact is he has 0% chance against the Klits, and I see Haye beating him at the moment too.

What do you mean Tua looked lethargic?

Tua moved very well....lots of head and shoulder movement all 12 rounds....his evasion was good and he cut Friday off quite a bit.

Friday was running all night....Tua looked like he could go another 6 rounds.

Tua never let his hands go......he doesnt want to scare everybody off :hey

Offensively he looked lethargic, his shots didnt have much pop (for Tua anyway) and he seemed reluctant to commit to shots, I know Friday didnt make it easy for him but if Tua worked at a higher rate he could have been much more impressive.

I agree Tuas movement and evasive technique was pretty good, but that was made easy by the fact that Friday did nothing the entire fight...and Friday was still landing his jab pretty much when he pleased.

This last Tua fight really did nothing to convince me his is still one of the worlds top HW, still hope he gets a big fight before he retires though
