didn't fury do some sparring in germany before the first mcdermott fight? and didn't he blame his poor performance on too much sparring?

There is way to much hype surrounding Tyson Fury. the guy proved last night that he has heart in the ring, but i dont think he has what it takes outside the ring to go much further.

He relies too much on his size, and there are some big heavy weights out there that are much bigger hitters and much more mobile than Fury.

both mcdermott and fury's conditioning was an embarrassment to British heavy weights.

Lose the weight and his punch power will probably improve also. I thought he was going to wilt after he got cut but fair play he hung in there and got the result. McDermott underperformed though but the heat was a factor for both fighters. Agreed Fury needs to stick to one trainer, get a dedicated conditioner/nutritionist and hit the road worldwide to get some varied sparring before moving onto anything else. Good luck to the kid.
