Still got a funny feeling Fury will pull out. Realisation must be starting to set in.

Tyson Fury is an absolute bum, ovearrated obese bum, he couldn’t even beat old shot wlad convincingly, staying out of range and making faces does not count as schooling. Usyk vs Gassiev , or floyd vs canelo was schooling, fury vs wlad was boring, ugly fight with neither fighter doing anything .
    Wilder by KO

I'm sorry to deviate away from your main point, but why on earth would you choose to support a scumbag like Broner?

No trained psychologist would be able to tell you what is going on inside his head.

He is extremely duplicitous and you can never tell when he is being real and just taking the mickey.

We will know on fight night how switched on Fury is.

The indications from his 2 exhibition/comeback events are that he is only back for a pay day and is getting brutally KTFO by Wilder. Also his decision to not even have a real boxing trainer is of real concern, as he isn’t disciplined enough to execute a consistent game plan without a respected voice & trainer.

i put their effectiveness in the ring at roughly the same level, except one is seen as a talented boxer and the other a puncher. but in similar comparisons both are mediocre at best. neither one is exceptional at what they do and better fighters would have done better with what these 2 have been given... im not talking about financially, its much easier to con the average joe in this day and age.
what fury is going through has been gone through by 75% of retired boxers in various ways. the attitudes, claims, events, excuses, justifications, etc... have all been seen in one form or another over and over again, only they arent noticed by most because most happen outside the lens view of a camera. rarely does one actually deliver on what they say, after having gone through all they went through. those who do notice, start to identify patterns in the events and outcomes.
if fury were to pull it off, i will eat my crow and give him all the credit in the world. but lets be clear here, this is not leonard going after hagler or ali after frazier, this is 2 mediocre titlists ranking mediocrity. i dont expect my grandkids to be talking bout this one in 20 years.

Please take a adult look at this, talk means nothing, we have had the boasting Fury, now for brief while we have the "it's only a fight" Fury, we have had Fury the Batman and had the Fury who beat Wlad.

Psychology at work my friends, keep your opponent and the paying fans guessing.

Saying Fury has no desire to win is not looking at the fact of this is the pro game, it is all about the money, Wilder destroying Fury is not going to do Furys bank balance any good, plus he is going to have work his way back to get another title shot, Fury by past experience is not a fan of the training required.

Now perhaps Fury is willing to be the sacrificial lamb, to improve Wilders rep this side of the big pond in making AJ vs Wilder a bigger money event but i cannot see it, may be he will use the excuse if he loses "ah well this was only my third fight back after long layoff", possibly just going for the money and publicity or being a player in the boxing political game between Hearn, Warren etc.

Will the fight actually happen? questions questions questions

That’s what athletes think to take the pressure off. They all do it whether publicly or privately. Fury is a public, outgoing sort of guy.
Paradoxically it means that he sees how huge and important this fight is, as he feels the need to take the pressure off.

Dear lord, and OP is falling for it. This man is the master of psychology.

Fury did not lose 130 pounds and kick the coke habit to throw a fight. Wilder better not listen to this **** and instead bring his A-game, or it will be him that does not see the bell.

Fury is just nuts. If he didn't have the desire to win he wouldn't be here. Unfortunately I don't see him being the Fury of 2015 but you never know
