He exhausted Cunningham by leaning his 250lb frame all over him then pulled his head into a punch. It's not like he's sparking guys with decent chins with clean combinations.

Him "choosing" not to KO people is a myth, if he could. He would.

I think Fury is listed as 6 foot 8 and three quarters. The thing is carrying a lot of fat just for the sake of weight probably doesn't help him much especially as he relies on being light on his feet. I am leaning more towards low 240's being good for Fury if he could get there with lowish body fat (so swap some fat for lean muscle).

He should balloon back up to around 400lbs and get to work on his check jab.

250/260 is a good fighting weight for Fury.

Also, has anybody else noticed that his legs look much stronger than they did before his break. He used have real skinny legs for a big man, not Wilder skinny, but small enough.

Now he has the appearance of more power in his quads and calves. Can't hurt.

245 would be about the lowest he should go considering his frame and the time he has before the fight. He needs to get down there in the next month or so then work on acclimating to the weight and working on his mobility.

An interesting question is how low should Wilder go? He was 215 against Ortiz (his best win) and 220 in his wins over Stiverne both times. Should he be heavier to combat Fury's weight in the clinch, or lighter to maintain maximum speed and snap? Or doesn't it really matter?

Between 245 and 250. The times he did get down to those weights he actually looked in shape. Take the Kevin Johnson fight for example.

He should train hard for the fight and not worry about losing weight, that will take care of itself now. From the last fight it appears his priority should be putting back on some of that muscle mass he lost when shedding the fat.

Weighing 247 pounds proved him fine against Wlad so why look at any other figure.

Fury working hard on his cardio/stamina is a big priority, as Wilder has that bomb which he can detonate late into the fight, Fury gassing will cause him to be parted from his conciousness for a while.

    Wlad tampered the scale

Fury was 250 for that fight.

Ideally Fury needs another fight and he'd be ready for anyone...

But he can still pull this off.. Another full camp if he can stay away from injury he will be ready.

8 week camp. He'll be down to 250 by that time.

Fury had a cold during the week leading up to the Wlad fight. He was fairly fatigued from an extremely long camp also.

A few weeks off now and straight back into camp I think he'll take Wilder

Wilder will overtrain be like 200 pounds and collapse at the weigh in lol. Fury is coming for him!
