How is pride and tears a contradiction??? His pride is putting him where he is but his fear makes him look like hes about to cry.
Its really not that difficult to understand, but obviously is lost on you.

Lol, fury’s mind is no less fragile than wilders. That’s why it would surprise nobody if fury went off on a coke binge, or boar meat diet, or whatever. The dude struggles more with mental problems than he does with being fat. And he’s really fat.

 

Yeah he signed for a 3rd fight when he could have simply retired or fought someone else if he was scared. Makes sense.

I actually think he may retire before the trilogy, likely fein an injury and tell his fans how much "he really wanted to kill Fury, but the injurt wont let him"..Seems a typical Wilder excuse.. And then he gets to keep his pride intact, with Malik and Co saying "You sure would of champ!".
Very likely scenario in my opinon.
