My point is, not one month ago nobody was making these claims about Fury not being ready. You know this! In fact people were saying the opposite. Fury was coming back to take over the division. Remember? Were posts like that not made on this very site? You already know the answer to that question. Now the flip flop has been made and Fury is not a good opponent for Wilder? LOL Am I a Wilder sympothiser? No! I have said more than a few times, that DW needs to step up his level of opposition but, that does not change that fact that Fury sack suckers and Wilder haters have shown a great deal of hypocracy in this matter, this you must agree on!
This. I like Cunningham, but Ortiz and Stiverne flatten him and a few other fighters on Wilder's resume probably would as well.
Steve wasn't blown up. He was the same as he was at CW. Dude literally moved up in weight without gaining any. 210 was his career high weight.
You'll be back here on the day after the fight with all kinds of excuses on why Fury got knocked the **** out.
Yeah you'd expect him to KO a washed up cokehead who's looked like **** in his two return fights. Wont be much of a victory for Wilder.
'Ref let a big man lean on a fighter like dat he gonna wear him down, look what he do! Look what he do! That's wadiculous!' The chilling words of Nazeem Richardson before Fury sunk the battleship. Fury KO7(leaning).
What? "not one month ago nobody was making these claims about Fury not being ready"? I dont believe that. He showed me nothing in either of his last two fights to think that he's even a quarter of the fighter he was before his breakdown, and I've consistantly said we dont know if he can cut it anymore because he's so early into his comeback and hasn't fought a legitimate threat yet. Take this post from 6 August: https://www.boxingforum24.com/threa...wants-to-fight-the-best.612363/#post-19336079 in a thread questioning Wilder's willingness to fight the best. Or this one a couple of days earlier: https://www.boxingforum24.com/threa...nt-wilder-or-fury.612090/page-2#post-19328243 asking who would win a fight between Fury and Wilder. Then there's this: https://www.boxingforum24.com/threa...early-to-write-off-fury.609052/#post-19238972 and this: https://www.boxingforum24.com/threa...re-warm-up-fights.609046/page-2#post-19238953 in relation to his comeback fight against Seferi I'm at least one person who doesn't think he is anywhere near ready to fight one of the Heavyweight Division's best and can back that up with previous posts on this forum. Yes, there were people saying Fury was "coming back to take over the division" but they were his fanboys and trolls, and I doubt they reflect the true opinion of the majority of this board or the boxing world in general.
