The fat **** lost to a 100 year old Chingangu before Price went pro and had done about nothing since. A quick look on Boxrec to see the activity and his weights after that and it was obvious the guy was picking up an easy payday. Price won bronze in Beijing and has been pro for two years and that was sold as a step up. I haven't been excited about David Price since Setanta went bust and Maloney acts like he's hard done by because people complain about **** fights for his prospects. I'm not asking for a Kubrat Pulev level of match making ambition but Price hasn't been in with a live body yet and he looks so ****ing bored in there.

 

I was really impressed by the way he poleaxed Ingleby on his debut, okay Ingleby is a trialhorse with a losing record but he's rarely sparked like that, that shot would have dropped anyone in the UK ratings. On the basis of that and his amateur pedigree I thought he would get 'fast tracked' up the ratings instead he's regressed, some of the European cruiserweights he's bashed up were less capable then Ingleby

As you say he looks jaded and bored during his 'fights' as if he's going through the motions. It's a shame as the lad has such potential, he's a class above Fury and Olubamiwo but he's had a tenth of their exposure

Maloney places too much trust in his old crony Philip Fondu, he provides all the European 'bodies' that make up Maloney's undercards

 

Make sure Maloney doesnt see this clip for he will be looking to line up roly poly for Dallas or Price for their next 'step-up' fight
