Sprott would destroy Fury pretty easily right now. I doubt Furay will match his mouth with this fight.

I am certain there are still some fat, bald out of shape "fighters" left in Europe for Fury to fight before stepping up to challenge -D boxers.:-(

I think Sprott is just shouting his mouth off for publicity purposes. He’s fighting in April against Francesco Pianeta (the guy who beat Scott Gammer in Gammers last fight) for the EBU-EU Heavyweight title.

I wouldn’t rule this out to happen later in the year though. Fury’s camp should be look closely at how Sprott competes against Pianeta. It’s certainly too early at this stage to chuck Fury in against a well seasoned pro like Sprott, but as long as Fury keeps himself busy and gets himself in better condition he may opt for this fight. A win against Sprott would propel Fury up the British rankings.

For a guy with little amature career and little pro training I would say Fury has had good opposition. Peret has been a steady benchmark for Britains new heavyweight prospects to test themselves against and Fury has done the best job and he looked decent beating the bloke. The German'Jock had a good record against total novices too. Fury should not be pushed too hard even if he is making himself look daft with his bigtalk. I would give him 5/6 more fights before heading at Sprott.Next maybe he should fight another Eurotard then someone like Ferguson, Swaby or Sexton.
