Tyson will come out aggressive as he is wont to do, and expend the majority of his energy in the first 3 to 4 rounds trying to take Louis's head off, Hell, he might even get a knockdown or 2 But when has Joe Louis ever been take out early? Never Ever No, Joe Louis took a calmer, more stalking approach to knocking out his man, as such I think that Louis would sense the danger immediately and stay away from Mike the best he could, while using his brutal, piston like jab to keep him away After those first few shaky rounds though, I think Tyson as per his usual will start to slow down a bit, start head hunting and getting a little sloppy, that's where Joe would sense his oppurtunity, he would start throwing hard uppercuts in the clinches, following them with vicous, hard left hooks, and land his right hand behind that jab After 4 or 5 rounds of punishment Tyson wouldn't be able to take anymore Joe Louis TKO 10
I should have been more specific; I think in terms of delivering the fastest combinations with the most power. Obviously, Floyd and Ali have fast hands, but Tyson and Louis stand out as delivering fast combinations with serious power. I'm talking about ripping 3 punch hook and uppercut combinations that knock the bejeezus out of people. Both Tyson and Louis were more effective knockout artists with combinations.
Freaking Two Ton Tony Galento was able to get to and hurt Louis. Tyson blows him away in 1 round. Total mismatch. Different eras.
