How is that? The there's a huge amount of talent amongst those LW fights. Dunham desperately needs a win, and Sotiropoulos is coming off a loss, that fight should be crazy good. Until recently Bader was supposed to be the future of the LHW division, this could very possibly be Tito's last fight. It's the first ever UFC Bantamweight title fight, and a chance for Cruz to avenge his only loss. Granted, BJ/Fitch II isn't blowing my socks off, but this is a very solid card.
Ortiz use to be my fav fighter and i still like him but i have to say that he is out of shape. he lost so many fights recently that its sad and dana said if he doesnt win this fight he is cut, and bader is a good fighter so i think Ortiz is gonna be cut.
On paper it's defintly not card of the year status, doesn't even have a title fight, though some of these fights look interesting.
so yall are saying fitch penn 2 wont be good, sotiropolus vs dunham, melvin guikkard, is always in good fights, and siver whos making his way up, and faber vs. cruz sounds good to me, it has potential to be a very good card
Sotiropoulos is higher up the card and has a better opponent than Siver, who just beat him. It is a good card but it doesn't blow me away. Good match ups but GSP vs Shields, Machida vs Couture, Aldo vs Hominick etc gets my attention more because of the names on it.
Guillard should be fighting Siver , and that fight should be 3rd or 4th in the pecking order on the PPV card , Shane Roller isnt that great and Sotiroplous just got his ass handed to him by him Siver as did Dunham by Guillard , so i dont understand that concept of match making . Penn Fitch 2 is what it is .................. Cruz Faber is a great fight , if this card gets a strong main event it will be a very very good card , if they stay with Penn Fitch 2 as the headliner they better get a big fighter in the co main .
