Was pretty incredible, Thompson would be looking exhausted and getting beaten by Eubank, and then pull out a big punch and rock Eubank, who would himself look exhausted and hurt and then find a punch to hurt Thompson in return. It's what you would call a 'see-saw' match I suppose lol.
:yep if eubank hadnt lost his killer instinct after watson 2 i think he coulda possibly stopped carl especially in the mid-late rounds when he had him seriously hurt several times,a true classic,big fan of both guys.
Great list...tho I would definately add John David Jackson vs Jorge Fernando Castro. Unbelievable fight...actually was fight of the year...never really gets mentioned in posts like this. If ya havent seen it, you should look it up.
Muriqi vs Ahmad,who saw that fight(btw it's on youtube) knows what I'm talking about,Muriqi was down 4 times!!!! and Ahmad twice with Muriqi pressing the action in the 3rd and the ref stopped it,there was also a KD that was not counted(Muriqi put him down with a right).It was an unbelievable war
