P4P 1. Manny Pacquiao 2. Floyd Mayweather 3. Shane Mosley 4. Bernard Hopkins 5. Juan Manuel Marquez 6. Israel Vasquez 7. Rafael Marqeuz 8. Nonito Donaire 9. Miguel Cotto 10. Celestin Caballero welterweight 1. Shane Mosley 2. Floyd Mayweather 3. Miguel Cotto thoughts?
marquez should be ahead of hopkins at number 4.....wins over casa, diaz, and a loss to mayweather, is worthy of a spot above hopkins.... the WW rankings should be as follows: 1.Mosley 2.Cotto 3.Mayweather and cotto and mosley could easily flip as well...depending on the viewer...
Wait hold up, why was Williams taken out in the top 10 p4p list???? That's bs. Damn i wish those ring magizine ppl get rid of Rafeal and Vazquez off that list already.<<<<Rafeal hasn't fought a real fight in over a year and Vazquez still haven't fought in over a year. Williams deserve to be in that top 10 p4p then Caballero.
first thing that stands out to me is 4 of the 7 has had a combine 2 fights in 2009!!! ww 1. cotto 2. shane (its hard for me to put shane above cotto since he lost to him head to head) 3. floyd (here because he has not fought a ww yet) williams got dropped why?
How can Floyd be above Shane in the P4P rankings, but not in the Welterweight rankings? That doesn't make sense :huh
Will Void fight the flyweight champion next? Strawweight? Christy Martin? Void does not want any part of Mosely.
Ring should have put Mosely above Floyd. That will force Floyd fight Mosely. Maybe not? All he care about is money.
If u want 2 see something absurd go to BOXREC'S TOP 25 P4P LIST... really absurd! Puertoricans are not allowed in that club! PLZ don't answer with the computer generated numbers, ludicrous and makes u look like a clown if u belive them with that excuse!
I get that Mosley looked very good against Margarito (without the loaded gloves) but he was beaten by Cotto, very competitive fight but he lost.. Ratings 1. Cotto 2. Mosley 3. Clottey 4. Berto 5. Mayweather (he will get beat by any of the top 3) pick one
I think the reason The Ring put Floyd at number 2 is to crown a welterweight champion if a Floyd/Mosley showdown pops up. Right now, The Ring welterweight championship is vacant.
