Have you seen McCall and Tyson's sparring sessions? It was far from an utter decimation. I wonder if people actually watch the fighters that they talk rubbish about! :think

No chance in hell against prime Holmes?

    I beg to differ

It's a competitive fight either way

Have you seen McCall FIGHT? Sparring and fighting are not the same. There are a lot of guys who made a reputation in sparring, but never lived up to it in the actual ring. Tiger Roy Williams, for example.

McCall simply did not have the mentality to win here. Most of the time he just went into "glad to be here" mode, and coasted to a decision. The guy couldn't even beat Frank friggin Bruno. He's not beating Tyson.

He couldn't even beat Frank Bruno?! Wow. Imagine him fighting Lewis, he'd get destroyed. Oh wait... :yep

Liston lost to Marty Marshall and got KO'd cold by Leotis Martin. He's not beating Tyson.

Tyson on his best day lost to and got knocked out by a bum Buster Douglas who himself wasn't in any condition to box. He's not beating Liston.

The Buster Douglas version of Tyson knocks out the 180lb Marshall.

And if we're including sparring sessions, then Liston got KO'd in sparring by Mac Foster. And you think he'd have a chance against Tyson? Sorry, nope.

That version of Lewis was nothing special.

You got any evidence? Besides that was in 1968. Tyson at his peak was getting beaten in sparring by McCall and Berbick. Greg page even beat his ass! And you think he'd have a chance against Liston? Sorry, nope.

Swag is the gift that keeps on giving

As long as we respond in earnest to his trolling, he's not going anywhere.

Don't recall any of them knocking out Tyson in sparring like Foster KO'd Liston.
