REALLY? Hand speed can not be improved sorry to burst your bubble it can not. Shadow boxing with weights will not make you have faster hands. Speed is natural. How fast a shot lands is all to with how it is thrown. This guy hasn't been inside a boxing gym so don't look to hard into what he says he gets this from youtube videos lol.
over speed training improves speed, it can be improved, but not by punching with weights. you seem to think hand speed cant be improved at all, your wrong. if you wre right sprinters could never run faster, batters could never swing harder, pitchers never pitching faster golfers never driving further, ect ect ect. the improvement is small but its there.

That is completely incorrect. originally lefty was the one involved in that agreement, in fact the agreement was made by lefty saying he would put up a sparring video if i agreed to put one up as well, and i agreed to that. i then made a similar offer to wayneflint and in wayneflints case he didnt even have to post sparring, just a round on the bag or shadow boxing though a round sparring would have been fine as well, and i would post up a round sparring. neither posted anything, even more proof that wayne flints a troll was the matter that with in an hour of me saying i didnt care any more and i was done posting, he attempted to troll me back in by saying he would post up a video which he never posted. then when i did come back to post some people were like i posted a sparring video, post up one when i never made that offer to them and i never agreed to any offer made by them, you would be one of these people. comprehende?
