Fury by stoppage, Wilder 2 style. As well as Usyk did Fury was an idiot in the first fight and handed Usyk back the momentum.
Could be due to the fact he is feeling his age and lifestyle with his tank, punch resistance and movement all in serious decline. Wrote him off before and been wrong but the rematch may show the decline more clearly leaving him with exhibition loot fights against Journeyman Joshua.
At times Fury spoke slowly and almost in pigeon English during this face off like he wanted Usyk to clearly understand.. he’d not be making any changes, just needing to do more of the same. This made me think the opposite (and most likely Usyk too) I’m expecting a more aggressive heavier Fury, he’ll roll the dice with a game plan similar to Wilder 2
I think this too, but Usyk won't stand in front of him hoping for a windmill punch with his chin in the air and ribs exposed like Wilder did. As it turned out, Wilder didn't have much of a chin either. I still think it'll be Usyk on points again and Fury pretends to retire until a mega money AJ fight comes along. There's nothing else left for him.
Possibly right mate. Who knows, but I have always said due to his size and his actual ability to box, something most heavyweights don’t have, Fury beats everyone in the division. I know it’s not that much of an achievement (garbage division) but for now I believe he let Usyk back in. I believe Fury would also do well in the past against great heavyweights unlike most now. Usyk is great at working his way into fights though as we all know. As much as it hurts everyone on here to admit he was being outboxed by Bellew don’t forget and shipping some good shots. ‘All part of the plan. Downloading data’ apparently hahaha. But yes, Usyk is great at figuring it out and he did great against Fury. May aswell stick to my belief this late in his career that nobody out there beats Fury though, even though Usyk beat him.
Same. Couldn’t believe he came out last fight skipping around the edge of the ring, early Fury style. Don’t think he can do that as well anymore can he. That height and weight advantage get in there, take centre, lean on him and maul him. Maybe Fury is worried about his chin and didn’t want the risk of being caught when Usyk is fresh.
He was being told his pregnant wife was no longer flying over because of the baby, from that he was leasing with turk to get medical staff on a private plane to help bring her over and being told by Paris she couldn't fly......I'm pretty sure he had a good idea of what was happening. This is a bloke that slept on the floor of a hospital when his baby was ill despite being offered a bedroom in Ronald Mcdonald house or a house in Liverpool. I still fancy uysk on points but I just think we see a completely different Fury in the build up and fight night.
I was thinking the same. He's said a few times that he will just do exactly the same. I'm sure Usyk will take it with a pinch of salt though
Fury messed Usyk about for the first fight by clowning around with negotiations and postponing ect ect. This time it looks like the fight will go ahead on the originally planned date with no clowning around so Usyk can be at optimum fitness without overtraining. Fury fans thinking he is going to win the rematch may be in for a shock.
Predicted Usyk in both Joshua fights and the first Fury one and won’t start backing against him now. Think he takes Fury out late. Fury may have one or 2 bits of early success but he doesn’t have the legs to keep up with Usyk for 12 rounds.
I don't think this ends in a knockout for Usyk. If Usyk does win I would imagine it would be by decision. Can't see a knockout. Most people thought AJ would knock out Dubois and he didn't.
Even if he had the legs he still lacks the skill. Usyk is levels above him but it seems like no one really sees this?
