Nor any other fighter, absent specific evidence or very suspicious quick muscle gain when already fairly bulky.
It is wrong, in both senses, to cynically & lazily assume everyone must be a cheat & a liar.

It is as irrational to assume that as to think nobody ever caught used any PEDs, or that everyone giving reasons for failed drug tests was telling the truth about not consciously cheating.

 

Strength used in a particular activity or holistic purpose. For example, having a strong bench press is good in the gym, but makes zero difference if you were try gymnastics.
