Good match up for Usyk and the winner of Ruiz - Joshua will have to face Pulev in the mean time anyway so he needs to stay active. Determine whether or not he’s going to cut it at heavyweight.
A good marking point for Usyk. This will be a good experience for him before he challenges for one of the belts.
I think it's a good fight for Usyk. He's not done a 12 rounder with a professional world level heavyweight who's trying to take his head off. Let's not forget Derek is on a similar level to Dillian Whyte. It's a good yardstick fight for Usyk. If he cruises here he can go straight for the top boys. I think Del Boy can shake him to his boots if he lands one.
Great fight for Usyk. Chisora gives him a bit to think about for a few rounds. Don't think Del Boy makes the 10th after getting caught cleanly throughout.
I quite like the fight if it happens. Usyk will be expected to win but Delboy is no walkover and he's got enough to make it a good fight I think. I want to see Chisora land one of his big overhand rights flush on Usyk.
If Ruiz wins, Hearn will most probably push for the WBO to strip him so he can make USYK-Chisora for the title IMO. As Haymon/PBC no longer recognise the WBO then I doubt they will put up any fight against that from happening.
It’s a fight I want to see. If Del Boy comes to fight, he’s going to be a handful. Fans have questions about Uysk’s ability to take a punch from a big boy. Those questions may get answered.
I would bet my house that it would be a PPV. It'll be their first big show of 2020 by the sounds of it. David Price on the undercard too maybe.
Hearn has previously hinted at a heavyweight PPV show in February. If it’s a strong line up throughout then no complaints here.
