Usyk has already beaten The Heavyweight Division (on hard mode no less, starting in his thirties after completing all the cruiserweight side quests, with an undersized character build) - so why not a New Game+? :nusenuse:

We don't know that until he actually fights them.

Usyk vs Bakole or Zhang would be cool imo. I’m not too interested in seeing a 3rd Joshua fight. Parker would be another good opponent for Usyk.

I've no desire to see a 3rd AJ Usyk fight, what would be the point? Usyk won the first 2 clearly and there's other fish to fry.

Yeah why wouldn't Usyk fight him again? He's likely to win again and likely to make a ton of money. Classic no-brainer low-risk, high-reward fight.

These are professional boxers. They fight for maximum paydays, not for legacy, glory etc.

Think he's pretty well earned one.

Why the third fight if Joshua lost the first two?

How is that the most corrupt thing? AJ is a legitimate top 10 heavyweight, on a little win streak and Dubois is widely ranked in the top 10.
A top contender challenging Usyk is the furthest thing from corruption.

If anything, it´ś the privilege that AJ has cultivated for himself. He didn´t get here just because he is popular, he fought the fights.

Usyk can fight who he wants from now on. He’s the daddy of the division.

The likes of fury and Joshua are just minions.

That argument doesn't hold much water when Usyk dropped the belt in the first place. I'd be severely disappointed if we saw AJ Usyk 3 as there are much better fights to make.

Eh...easy work for Usyk again. Pretty stupid. Give anybody else a shot. Parker has damn sure earned it, as has Zhang.

You'd actually want to watch Usyk-AJ again? I think it's a bit ridiculous how few people have had title shots in the last several years. It's just been cash cows getting pushed to the front of the queue (and Warren's baby Daniel Dubois). Guys like Parker, Kabayel, and Zhang have all had better resumes than AJ post-Usyk. I'd like to see them get their shots, not least because I prefer watching new match-ups to repeats of old ones. It paints a better picture of the division's pecking order, is more interesting viewing (unless you're a casual who just follows the big names), and just feels healthier for the sport.

In my ideal world, AJ (after he smashes through Dubois) fights Fury for the IBF title (whether he wins or loses the Usyk rematch), while Usyk (if he doesn't retire) fights Parker then rides off into the sunset.

I can see why AJ wants the fight, because eventually age will catch up with Usyk and he might just be able to beat him, but it would literally be because Usyk got old. I'd rather Usyk fight a deserving contender like Parker than keep giving chances to AJ.

AJ vs Fury is a way more fascinating fight to me than AJ-Usyk 3.

I won't blame him for it. It's not a joke fight regardless of what happened in the first two fights and it's a well deserved payday to boot.
