Usyk's weaknesses?

I really do hope Usyk wins though not a fan of his style and approach but it does help boxing more.

Hope so, if Usyk can only put more on his punches. People keep ssaying he has power but hes an arm puncher,it is what it is. Ali Bashir taught the man to get in and out and fight using point style tactics...that's what he matured into.

I don't actually see Usyk as a major threat to Joshua, no one who cant defeat EVERY CW out their easy has no chance in doing ( convincing me ) because Joshua is like running into a train by comparison of every CW Usyk has fought. I think people don't understand that Usyk was built to fight like a CW not a HW certainly he could defeat slower HW's maybe even most top guys but were talking about getting the belt from number one HW ( we know who that is ) , we'll see what he does later.

The real question is will you be present and not booted when Joshua walks through the much easy to counter Southpaw Usyk when Joshua lands at will with his right hand like Bellew did ?

Does Usyk have power ? Maybe if you let him continuously land on you,maybe you just don't realize theres another guy going to be punching back who is a master counter puncher with a southpaw style named Joshua who isn't a former light Hw.........

Usyk is an arm puncher who doesn't carry one shot power ,he has to consistently land and out work guys...the day Usylk sparks Joshua out i'll delete my account. lol

This. I'm still not convinced that Usyk is a great puncher, since Bellew has never had a great chin and Usyk landed flush when Bellew left his right hand down one too many times. We'll only know how good a puncher Usyk is once he moves up to heavyweight, since there isn't anything left for him at cruiserweight.

 

So after tonight's fight again I think his lack of head movement is an issue. It left him open to be countered at times by Bellew. Much of what I thought before was confirmed by this fight.

Against a fighter that just comes to him he can use footwork to create space and avoid shots but when he's forced to chase he can be walked onto shots because he doesn't move his head enough. He needs to improve his ability to slip shots on the way in, as when he fights taller heavies he'll likely need to do this at times or be countered.

 

Usyk is a total arm puncher unless you stand directly in front of him....I warrant no words says the guy who labled Hughie the Joshua destroyer and such....you have a limited capacity for boxing which is o.k but come at me you look foolish...you have fangirl tendencies all over the place .

Usyk does not place one shot knockout power and throws winging shots with little correct turning on the end shot...and delivers in sporadic fashion .

 

Yet he knocked out Bellew with one shot...

Hughie v Joshua is a fight that has never happened so I have no idea why you keep harping on about that. Idiots like yourself claimed Usyk is an arm

Usyk has a very good outside left hook at southpaw stance because delivering that punch at that angle you can whip the shot which is an arm punch southpaw left hooks have an advantage in that area as it require less technique but its the only power shot Usyk has. usyks main strength is actual tricky punching ,he could Bellew on a blind side and the looping southpaw left hooks do that.

 

He didn't knock Bellew out with one shot he landed cleanly through out the fight...the punch that got Bellew out was the one he didn't see. I explained this in the post above...move on....
