Barrios isn't a good step up for Valero ... he's a brawler and he's going against another brawler who has more power than him. Valero would knock him out ... and probably in middle rounds -- I see Valero being faster and better skilled than Barrios ... **** Valero was 1 win away from being in the olympics ... this guy is special -

not what i expected... somebody said there brawl made mayorgas and vargas' look like pussycats.....it was actually pretty weak...intense, but weak
I hope Valero starts getting big fights soon. I think this guy could be special, specially if he had a guy like Roach in his corner.
Barrios acted similarly against Freitas, and it cost him. Valero will wreck this guy for life, like he did Mosquera.
Roach is overrated. If Valero had professor Ignacio Beristain in his corner, he'd turn into a complete fighter. He already has his hidden boxing ability so he needs somebody to remind him to use them from time to time. Beristain can do that.
Berestein is good for certain fighters. He's gonna try turn Valero into this masterful technician and its just not gonna happen. Roach would be the perfect coach for this guy, he will take advantage of that ferocity and power, remind you of anyone?
