nice. Hopefully he can get some good matchups soon, and no more fights against the way overmatched Zaid Zavaletas and Michael Lozadas of the boxing world.

Valero will get starched as soon as he faces someone elite.

How many fights have you had there, champ? Because I'm around the sport, involved in amateur shows and competing just about every weekend from November until May, and then in tournaments through the summer. I don't want to see any boxer get badly hurt because I've seen it before, in person, and it's always an unnerving experience. Which is why I think it's the wrong decision for Valero to be licensed to box, and what I said earlier is an outcome that could very well come true. So stop your moral posturing and crying about it.

I aint cryin bout nothin, if someone posts somethin dumb I just might point it out.

If you had said "He might get seriously hurt or killed" that would be different - maybe thats what you meant to say, Hopefully.

But you said he will die, and I stand by what I said - anyone predicting a fighters death needs to check themselves.

Good! Now Valero has no reason not to fight live opponents anymore.

Rocky Juarez, Humberto Soto, Joan Guzman, Alex Arthur, Jorge Linares, Robert Guerrero or even Cris John could test what he is really made off.

His chance to prove who he really is by stepping up on his competition.

Some of you clowns are acting like Valeri purposely got in a bike wreck and cracked his skull open in order to purposely get medically banned from fighting in the U.S. - all so he could duck top fighters.

Vicente Mosquera is underrated and could give anybody you name fits and would spank Guerrero.

And he's about the one name on Valero's resume that I recognized, too. Never really seen him fight, though, only heard about him.

If you reffering to my post . . . that is not what I'm trying to picture out.

Valero was crying and moaning why he can't get his chance at the big names . . . now that he has a license to fight inside U.S. he can go up the ladder and get a shot at the guy on top of the chain by fighting rated top 5 opponents. Very simple.

It was Texas who licenced Holy to be able come back as well.

Although obviously not as bad as Valero, he's too Injured to sign books yet allowed to fight. Are the standards of getting licenced that bad?

Why would you knock him for "cryin and moaning" to fight the best.

Fighters are supposed to want to fight the best - he's been in a crappy situation the past few years. Cant imagine how frustraing it would be to have that kinda potential and not be able to have the opportunity to try to prove it.

When was the last time Texas even had a massive fight? it's either New York, LA or Vegas. I doubt any promoter would want Pacquiao or another big name to travel to fight in front of 50 rednecks for **** money against a puncher like Valero.

f he fights in Texas, the fight still won't happen. He needs to make his name on the big cards, which isn't going to happen.

Well it's just the first step buddy. At least he and his team already break the ice.
