Valero is raw, but he ain't quite Ponce De Leon crude. He's a step above that ****.. but I still like Ponce De Leon, he's a tough kid.

Valero doesn't need too much boxing skills, he just needs to do what he always does, throw fast and accurate combinations. That's all it takes, hell one good shot from him could end a fight. His power is fearsome, probably a step above acelino freitas.

In order to expose valero's weaknesses, you have to be able to take his shots. The only person who did that to an extent was Mosquera. Mosquera was pretty damn tough, he took a hell of a beating and in that fight he showed how vulnerable valero could be but even that wasn't enough.

But If Valero needs to box, then he'll show his boxing skill. He has good balance and is always placing himself in good punching position. He's not an idiot, he's a thinking fighter. He adapts to whatever the situation calls for.

He ought to fight a decent opponent soon or he's just going to be put against a dangerous opponent believing he's one of those "Tuk-tuk drivers" and end up KO'd his self. That's the problem when you fight bums over and over.
