    As big a Loma fan as I am, it's this. I have to wonder just how many posters saw Sweet Pea back in his prime. He had defense and punch output! All while essentially standing in front of his opponent.

    True and this is no knock on Loma who's great in his own right. I would pick Loma over alot of fighters but Pea Whitaker is not one of them

    Prime Whitaker a lot bigger and younger then the Rigondeaux that Loma fought don't think that fight holds a lot of weight.

    I think P would fight smart and eventually figure out the timing of the matrix turns and spins, make mid-fight adjustments and yes being slightly bigger never hurts. Wouldn’t just get lost like a deer in the headlights in other words
