I was surprised to see Orzubek mentioned anywhere, he is more or less an unknown LW Champion, but a fairly good one.
He was a slugger that was not very fast, and his defense was also not good, but he had solid Power and could take most anyone out if he hit them, but I don't see anyway he wins this fight, Vasyl has everything on him and it would should, most likely a TKO at the very least, but he was a solid fighter and champ in his time, 26-1

Your Welcome, I'm glad to see good fighters from the past like him are not forgotten. Not that it means anything, but I've worked on the LW division for many years now, almost 10 years I've been working on and off on the division, trying to watch every fight I can find and read all I can, to rank the fighters at LW all time, it's a stacked division. I thought I would have 25, but ended up with 70 total, I compiled all the data and watched all I could to come up with my rankings.
I have Nazarov at #53 all time on my list.

    #51 Paul Spadafora
    #52 Phillip Holiday
    #53 Orzubek Nazarov
    #54 Robin Blake
    #55 Sean O'Grady
    # 56 Hilmer Kenty

I saw this thread two days ago, and thought Naz stops him. Now I'm sure of it.

Slapafora did nothing to be ranked over Nazarov. And H2H, Nazarov would have stopped Spaddy.

Having Paul Spadafora and those guys on the cusp of ranking top 50 among all time Lightweights is not remotely acceptable. 10 years of studying my ass!

I agree. At lightweight, Gussie has more than a small chance against Loma.

When I saw Nazarov's quality moustache I knew he'd be an excellent fighter. We South Africans know what a good moustache can do for your fighting skills:

Lomachenko highlights to balance it out.

Some say the key to Lopez' victory vs Lomachenko was growing that moustache. One can only imagine how good Lopez will become with a Nazarov-calibre brush.

I have him on place 19 (Holiday and Spadafora around 40, like Welsh and Crawford).

Man, Nazarov was a powerful southpaw. It depends whether he can solve Loma's equation, which hasn't been nearly as easy as ppl think.
