Mjiares was more proven than any fighter on Vic's resume. When Vic fought him, Mijares was on a run that included wins over Kawashima, Navarro, Munoz, and Arce. I also think Irene Pacheco was a bigger scalp than Rojas or Kirilov.

Is there an Aussie boxing HOF? If so, at this point, he miiiiight just squeeze in there.

Avenge the Donaire loss. Move up and beat any bantamweight champ. See Mijares make a lot of noise in a comeback (and then maybe beat him again in a rematch).

Then we're knocking on Canastota's door.

Until then, he's still a few hemispheres away.

Arce wasn't even as good as German Torres imo, though there isn't a million miles between the two i suppose, not sure i'd pick him over Tokashiki either. He's nowhere near the fighter zapata or chitalada were. One of the most overrated mexican fighters i've ever watched that did little to ever earn his reputation.

the Flyweight crop since the mid-nineties has been garbage imo.packed full of decent at best fighters(pacheco a great example of one)who are able to have long reigns against cans.

Pacheco wasn't that bad, he was good boxer at 112, he nearly beat VIC so he can't be that bad.

He is on his way to the hall but still needs to do more IMO.

too sharp johnson, arce, haye and adamek are more deserving. But he has a better career than erdei, ottke, penalosa and abraham as of the moment.
