Conte did jail time for distributing steroids. He supplied many boxers too, including Shane Mosley and Andre Ward.

 

There is no scientific evidence out there that states Oxilofrine is ten times stronger than Clenbuterol. Pure hyperbole from Conte...for obvious reasons.

 

Saunders must have been injecting this stuff directly into his mouth. That would justify all the macho crap that comes out of it.

Rumor has it Conte was a Big Ben Johnson fan and after the 1988 Olympic incident, Vic became determined to make athletes undetectable PED’s.

 

EXACTLY!!!!! It's all about the fan favorite whether it's warranted or not on this forum and the internet as a whole.
It kinda feminine like to flip flop so much about this subject when you as a fan have nothing to gain or lose. I don't care if you dope or not, just fight. Drugs don't make you a better fighter. If it did then plenty of guys would be 50-0. You actually have to have the skill to let the drugs enhance in the first place.

 

BALCO was long gone by the time Andre Ward had turned pro, in fact Balco closed up in 2003.. Ward didn't get with Conte until 2009-ish.

There's zero anything but speculation that Conte was giving any athletes, including Ward PED's post leaving BALCO.

Mosley is a different story, he was a client of BALCO.


Also, the drug BJS tested for is an amphetamine. It's similar to but not the same as ephedrine.

 

I just don't understand why anyone would want to tarnish their rep by hiring Conte or Heredia. Are they really that exceptional in their supposedly dietary field that it warrants having that suspicion hanging over you? I wouldn't think so considering the wealth of talent within sport science.

 

Because Conte knows his stuff, both legal and illegal. It's what he does and he's good at it. He knows his **** when it comes to sports nutrition.

 

What do you think Ward hired Conte for?

 

The same reason any athlete hires a nutritionist.. to get his body in top shape.

I don't like Dom Ingle but when Ingle was up in Boston for Kid Galahad's last fight he paid a visit to Conte and said that after all his loud mouth trashing of Saunders he piped down in his presence and didn't say ****.

Conte is a ****ing *****, would love Young Stevie Saunders to kick him right in his shrivelled old nuts.
