Its possible this fight may happen if they both win on the 27th according to yahoo sports..

Who you got? Apparently Khan beat Ortiz in the amateurs in 2003..

I'm still going with Ortiz by KO if the fight happens..

    Khan stops him late.
Way too fast and will dodge most of ortiz's punches.

Don't overlook Maidana. Personally i think Maidana has pretty good chances to beat Ortiz.
    P.S.: Ortiz by Ko

interesting.. I think if it goes to a decision it will be Khan.. I just don't see it reaching past 10 rounds.. I'd like to see the fight happen though.

Wonder if Ortiz would carry any mental scars into the ring, knowing he got ko'd in headgear last time out. Still, knowing all he would have to do is land one flush would probably alleviate any fears.

well then why couldn't he beat slow as molasses bad boy breidis?

ortiz's timing is pretty good, khan might have fast hands but he doesn't have fast movements, ortiz hits harder than anyone khan has ever faced, including featherweight willie limond and that rachid drillgong guy.

This is the PROS baby. Amateur experiences mean ****. Just ask Cotto and the trail he blazed.

Death would come soon for Khan if he took this fight.

:good agreed. Khan seems to be improving but I still say Ortiz stops him inside 8.

I think the figt would end by KO but can't think of the winner? I'd love to see it though.
