damn that sounded like fun. Nice to show Roger that some people know **** about boxing :good
I'm looking forward to the interview though.
That's crazy though how long Floyd can go without taking a break. I've heard stories about that in the past, but didn't know how true it was

early on he had a lot of pop, keep in mind he went at least 1-1.5 hour straight on these videos. he started working the mitts. The he hit ellerbe with the body protector, then back to the mitts etc he did this for a good 20 minutes and it was real hot in the gym, I was sweating just from the room heat.

Then he did about 10 minutes on the heavy bag. Then he did more mitts and his sit up routine. Then he went to those neck exercises with the headpeice and the weight. He did a good 100 reps. I was right next to him literally at that point I coulda smacked his head. I have that on video as well.

Lastly he did his jump rope routine for a good 15 minutes and some dips and core exercises. I though his core looked weaker than previous but he has a lot of time.

It waS a pretty great session i met a lot of boxers, promoters and of course roger and jeff mayweather.

He looks pretty good. Still sharp.

The sycophants annoy the hell out of me, specifically the guy yelling "There ya go, get 'em champ!" For ****s sake, he yells "Look at that footwork" when Floyd does that backspin at :25 secs in the mitt routine. He turns his back to his opponent! It's obviously not something he does in the ring come fight night, but it's nothing to celebrate.

Put this in perspective though, floyd had already put in a good 30-40 mins of nonstop work. It was real hot that **** isnt easy. Also, he did another 30-40 mins atfer that, again non stop.

Pretty impressive for a guy that hasnt been in the gym much.

I think we should slow our roles, and not judge him by a vid 2 months out, wait until 24/7 starts dropping.

This might cut it against Ortiz but it wont cut it against Pacquiao.

This makes me think if he fought Pacquiao right know he'd be KO'd in 3. He is just too inactive and you can't be like that in your 30s. Your body fades a lot faster in your 30s than in your 20s.

But he doesn't look good enough right now to beat Ortiz or Pacquiao. Nobdody said he doesn't look like he could kick any of our asses but he does not look elite anymore. He looks deflated almost like how Roy Jones Jr looked before the third Tarver fight.

How old is Floyd now anyway?

i just dont understand how your getting all that in a 2 min video and it wasn't even him goin hard it was like a warm-up session to me...i just think your a little too critical at this point...i can see if it was September 10 or summin and we had seen more video but its july and all we seen is a 2 min video of him basicly warming up.

What you're really trying to say is he was "relaxing" in the recent video posted? It looks like he isn't even trying to go hard in this vid.

Floyd started training on the 18th. He whoops Ortiz AZZ easily.

Yeah chill out man on the criticism. They only started training this month and he's already had a long layoff. Also this is a public workout and he's taking very short breaks through the whole thing.

I lose a lot of pop on my punches if I shorten my breaks from 1 minute to 45 seconds so I can relate to that somewhat
